This study aimed to develop “ComicLearn,” an interactive digital comic-based learning media designed to support elementary students in learning English vocabulary. The research was motivated by several problems in English learning, such as students’ difficulties in memorizing vocabulary, low engagement during classroom activities, and limited use of interactive learning media. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Lee and Owens development model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. However, the study was limited to the implementation stage without conducting effectiveness testing. The research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 5 Malang involving fourth-grade students and an English teacher. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and validation questionnaires. The product developed was a website-based learning media integrating digital comics, pronunciation audio, educational games, and interactive quizzes with the topic “A Visit to the Library.” Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The validation results showed that the media obtained a feasibility score of 94.54% from the media expert and 92.50% from user validation, both categorized as “Very Feasible.” The findings indicate that ComicLearn is appropriate as an interactive and engaging learning media to support English vocabulary learning for elementary school students.
