Abstract

This research further discusses disputes between consumers using the cash on delivery (Cod) system and expedition couriers to the public. With the aim of providing views based on the results of in-depth analysis, that disputes can have both good and bad impacts depending on how we position ourselves in dealing with a phenomenon. Then the researchers wanted to know the ins and outs of the losses and profits from the presence of the newest Cod-check feature first. Then validate with sources in the field using qualitative research methods, case studies on couriers in the Cimanggis area, Bojonggede District. From the results of the research, researchers hope to provide insight and education to readers on how each group concerned, be it couriers, consumers, or sellers, is able to solve problems appropriately and wisely when shopping using the code-check first feature on the Shopee marketplace.
